A. Mediation for the purchase of property. You will be advised throughout the entire (legal) process, from beginning to end.
- Arranging Spanish fiscal numbers (NIE) for purchasers.
- Opening a bank account, contacting a Spanish accountant (gestoria) and solicitor.
- Drawing up a private purchase agreement.
- Checking the legal documents (title deeds) and investigating whether there are any outstanding debts and/or charges attached to the ownership.
- Arrange all necessary documents for the solicitor for the transfer of the property.
- Investigate the finance options. If you cannot fund the purchase fully from your own means, SRC can assist in finding the best source of finance. Generally a Spanish bank can give you a mortgage for 70% of the assessed value of the property and it is generally an annuity mortgage (interest and repayment). SRC also has contacts with mortgage brokers who can provide interest only mortgages.
- After the purchase, transfer all utilities to your name and arrange all necessary contracts.

C. Promoting your property nationally and internationally.
Using our network of estate agents we are able to promote your property internationally. Your property will be attractively presented on our web site, advertisements including your property will appear regularly in various property magazines and it will also be advertised at exhibitions.
